Laminating Steps:

  1. Laminating: Stack the glass, EVA film, connected silicon cells, another layer of EVA film, and TPT backsheet foil in sequence.
  2. Vacuum Pumping: Place the assembled stack into the lower room of a double-vacuum press. Vacuum both the upper and lower rooms simultaneously for about 6 minutes.
  3. Heating: Maintain the vacuum in both rooms while heating the laminated pieces.
  4. Pressing: Under 135°C-140°C conditions, release the vacuum in the upper room while maintaining it in the lower room to press the laminated pieces.
  5. Curing: Conduct isothermal curing at the required temperature.
  6. Cooling and Framing: After curing, release the vacuum in the lower room, remove the laminated modules, trim excess EVA from the edges, seal the frame, and assemble the PV modules.

This EVA film is a critical component in the production of high-quality solar panels, offering reliable encapsulation and protection to ensure the efficiency and durability of your solar energy systems.
