-
Durable Encapsulation: Protects solar cells during the lamination process.
Laminating Steps:
-
Laminating: Arrange the glass, EVA film, connected silicon cells, EVA film, and TPT backsheet foil in sequence.
-
Vacuum Pumping: Place the laminated pieces into the lower room of a double-vacuum press. Vacuum both the upper and lower rooms simultaneously for about 6 minutes.
-
Heating: Maintain vacuum in both rooms while heating the laminated pieces.
-
Pressing: Under 135°C-140°C conditions, release the vacuum in the upper room while maintaining it in the lower room to press the laminated pieces.
-
Curing: Conduct isothermal curing at the required temperature.
-
Cooling and Framing: After curing, cancel the vacuum in the lower room, open the press, and remove the laminated modules. Trim the excess EVA from the edges, seal the frame, and assemble the PV modules.
This EVA film is essential for manufacturers looking to produce high-quality, durable solar panels with efficient light transmission and UV protection.
