Laminating Steps:

  1. Laminating: Arrange the glass, EVA film, connected silicon cells, another layer of EVA film, and backsheet foil in sequence.
  2. Vacuum Pumping: Place the laminated assembly into the lower chamber of a double-vacuum press. Vacuum both the upper and lower chambers simultaneously for about 6 minutes.
  3. Heating: Maintain vacuum in both chambers while heating the laminated pieces.
  4. Pressing: Under 135°C-140°C conditions, release the vacuum in the upper chamber while maintaining it in the lower chamber to press the laminated pieces.
  5. Curing: Perform isothermal curing at the required temperature.
  6. Cooling and Framing: After curing, release the vacuum in the lower chamber, remove the laminated modules, trim excess EVA from the edges, seal the frame, and assemble the PV modules.
